How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 24 hours. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.

Are Redwood Watches water-resistant?

Yes, most of our models are water-resistant up to 5 ATM (50 meters), making them safe for daily wear, rain, and light swimming. Please refer to specific product pages for depth ratings.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original, unworn condition for a full refund.

Every Redwood Watch is backed by a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in the movement, dial, and hands.
