Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original presentation box with all protective films intact and include the completed return form inside the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the returned timepiece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
